Although the day was already hectic with the amount of people in the restaurant, most workers stayed calm. Laura in particular, she was patient, benevolent, calm, and overall a good person. She was also very enduring and understanding when my children were ordering. However, (and I hate to be negative) there was one worker in particular who was causing a ruckus (not a big one but still). Karla was insensitive and made the restaurant even more stressful, although I didn’t speak...
My experience at this panda location was amazing. Emily is a great employee. On the other hand Karla not so much. She was standing around while I was waiting for someone to take my order, so Emily stepped up and took my order and she already HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!
The food was ok. I've never been a fan, but it's not bad. The girl behind the counter kept looking at me weirdly because I didn't know how to order which I stated. Instead of asking what I wanted or explaining anything she just kept staring at me.
