I felt Bad for them because they were trying their best to get all those cars to the drive throughout.But we got really good service inside the manager was very nice to us. He was just saying 2 people didn't show app and there's only 3 of them there to try To Do all of those jobs he was gonna try. His best to get all of that done.But like I said they gave us a good service in good food.Come On Upper Management. Corporate management. Do the right thing !!!! The owner made appointments with me prior to the event to see the set up area. He was accommodating to my food requests, and he delivered everything I asked for. His staff was professional and accommodating as well during the event. No problems, no drama, great food and everyone at the event said "delicious and amazing food." There service and food was worth every Penny and more. I had to tip them for a job well done. Last thing to say was their fish tacos were the best!!!! “We visited Mingo’s for the first time today, and had a great experience! The restaurant itself is small, but has a great atmosphere with some really neat murals on the walls. We tried the rice bowl with pork belly, the brussels sprouts, and the loaded fries with brisket. Everything was delicious! I especially liked the mango pico and Mingo’s sauce on the bowl. The brussels sprouts were incredible as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mingo’s to anyone in the area!“

I had to leave a review because her beans actually have vienna sausages or hotdogs in them. The beans actually have spices and flavor to it compared to other trucks. I like it. Its good. I also tried the watermelon agua fresca. It was massive and very refreshing for the summer heat.
