This secrete in Marfa is a must!!! Plan your trip to Marfa that you can dine there. The BBQ is some of the best, and my husband and I consider Snows and Franklins our favorite. This little secrete goes toe to toe. The Brisket melted in our mouth and the boudin links were fantastic. I must say the sweet potato salad was so fresh.They are finalists for James’s Beard Award to be announced in June. This young couple deserves this win. Fingers crossed
What? No brisket? Wasn’t even on the menu, which was a shocker since all the reviews bragged about it, and the reason we spent our 1 dinner there while in Marfa. Tri-tip was just ok, but it’s a poor meat choice for bbq. Where’s the brisket?!. Sauce provided was just ok. Dip dip was tasty. Potato salad sweet and surprisingly tasty. Cornbread was outstanding. All outdoor seating which is nice, but it looked like they had indoor seating that they weren’t using - prob fear...
