Wine Bars in Marfa

“We stop here for wine every time we’re in Marfa (and the wine is incredible, I just joined their wine club), but we ordered food on our last visit and were similarly blown away by the flavor and creativity. We had a tomato and melon salad with a lime/fish sauce dressing and fried garlic that I desperately want to try to recreate at home.“

Other “trendy” places in town were unable to make a proper matcha (clumps at bottom), so finding mutual friends coffee was an amazing find.“
