Terrible experience Friday night went to go get food for my family. The rude incompetent individual taking my order through the drive-thru was being very disrespectful and extremely rude. He must not take his job serious. The individuals win a black shirt hat with a mustache overweight you should be ashamed of himself. So I decided to go to the Burger King in Edinburg. I was treated with dignity and my meal came out very delicious. Burger King needs to read these reviews cuz the level of customer service At the Burger King on nolana in McAllen Texas. Is the worst place to get food at.

Burger here are excellent. Very fresh and warm. There are 2 burger king locations in pharr and they are both horrible. I will travel to this McAllen location anytime. Staff was amazing

1. Went in from the drive thru because half of my order was missing. I witnessed the Cook touch the trash can then proceed to prepare my missing order with BARE hands and no hand washing. Took 26 minutes to complete a simple drive thru order.
