1. Went in from the drive thru because half of my order was missing. I witnessed the Cook touch the trash can then proceed to prepare my missing order with BARE hands and no hand washing. Took 26 minutes to complete a simple drive thru order.

I don’t know if the facility is short staff but I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru without being able to move because of cars in front and behind me. This is so upsetting!!! It’s lunch time ppl have to go back to work

I went to order 1 combo and the $5 duo package and it took almost 40 minutes to deliver my order, I tried to cancel my order and they told me that it was no longer possible, and they also refused to cancel my order, my food was cold and the chicken fries were harder and colder than a rock... I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF THEY PAY ME TO EAT THERE. waste my time and money.

I usuallyliked to visit Burger King, once in a while for the days you just want to treat yourself to an old school taste.But this location has lost its pride in customer service.I just went and realized the times have changed,I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car in front of us.And we just ordered 2 Whoppers and fries.I live 6 minutes away,by the time we got home we had cold burgers and no fries.Tried calling number on receipt and no luck.You might ask 2.75 not much, but for hard working people it is, specially since it was a date night with my Precious Wife. No more flame broil for us. "BELIEVE "🙏

I just went 5 minutes ago 8/23/24 around 6:40pm I ordered a Classic crispy wrap and a Nuggets with Buffalo sauce and the sauce wasnt un my bag, guys please be more careful I just got out of work I'm hungry and i was in a rush to pick up my nephew i couldnt enjoy my food good, just this time i Will do the complain, as well i'm callo g tonthe number on google and the call is busy all the time, sorry guys ????
