This is not the first time this has happened, my mother and I were waiting in the drive through at this very Chick Fil A for around 30 minutes waiting to order. The employee kept going in and out of the restaurant i don’t know what he was doing but this was all absurd. In the end we mobile ordered and that took another 30 minutes. On the side of how good the food is it’s good obviously because it’s Chick Fil A. But I can go somewhere else that has better food and FASTER...
It is a place where there are not many children (there are games for them), the attention is immediate and friendly. My ticket was $230 and I bought some chicken strips with lemonade.
So I choose chick filet over McDonald’s , quality of service and good vs always forgetting something. Well not happy right now my excitement left me when I ordered a salad and didn’t get my condiments to go with it. Chick filet please don’t forget to fullfill customers order serve us like you would your family. The order clearly states Avo ranch and Crmy Salsa. Didn’t get it. Then I called the restaurant and no one answers
