“Go there all the time. Desserei always takes care of me. Never fails to be attentative to me and my friends. Always there when we’re ready to order another round. Pool is always a blast there and the music is always on beat to get the crowd going.“

“My only complaint is the lack of wet naps, other than that, it's a great place to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have tables for people using wheelchairs but the entrance needs some work. It's not designed for people with disabilities.“

“The service and attention to detail at this location are unlike anything I've seen in a fast food restaurant before. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure that even a quick lunch order feels like an expensive meal experience. For a moment, I truly felt like I was dining in a high-end restaurant.

The manager stopped by to check on us, offered to bring napkins, refilled our drinks, and provided additional condiments several times. They even offered to help us pick up our order. The food was on point, as usual for this chain, but the customer service was exceptional.

Kudos to the management at this location! Keep up the great work, and thank you for setting the standard for customer service. For the longest time, I believed that fast food corporations didn't care about customer service anymore, but you all have restored my faith in it. Many people start their careers in fast food, and you are setting a great example by teaching them valuable life skills for their future endeavors and careers.“
