The bagel was SCRUMPTIOUS. Perfectly cooked and if u like a lot of cream cheese it’s the bomb. Low key tho I think they forgot my friends munchkins so I was waiting for a bit, but it was cool and they were super sweet about it.
Kara was amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience enjoyable. My order was made correctly and quickly, and she made me feel like she genuinely cared about providing great customer service. Employees like Kara are the reason people come back. Thank you for making my visit such a great one!
This is an updated review. I returned to this Dunkin Donuts and was able to find fresh and delicious glazed donuts. Coffee was top tier and the service was excellent. Entire crew was busy and it made me feel like I was about to get some good food and coffee. Overall experience was five stars.
