McDonald's in Mcallen

“went with my two granddaughters and it was ok. but there is no monitoring of the play area so there were bigger kids (without parental supervision) getting into the 3 yrs and below area as well as running around without any concern for the smaller kids so we, the grandparents had to constantly warn them to be careful with the smaller kids. The only other thing was when we threw away are stuff, the trash cans were overflowing and they continue that way til we left about 20 or 30 minutes later.“

“It made me sick to see how the cook was grabbing his beard and scratching it while he was cooking. That's disgusting. I was disappointed to see that and it's one of my favorite places, but that made me sick and to see how he was. Like, smoking or with some kind of inflator in him. the same kitchen??“

The truth is that I like McDonald's food, everything tastes fresh and you can tell that it is made on the spot. The variety of options is impressive, from classic Big Macs to healthier options.

The quality is good, the food is always hot and in general everything tastes like it is made with good quality ingredients. The service is fast and friendly, they serve you with a smile and make you feel that you are important.“

“Mother's Day morning, went through drive thru, 1st cashier very friendly, attentive with a smile.Pulled up, 2nd employee who somewhat looked like a manager (wish I would have gotten her name) not happy at all, had a look that matched her attitude. Didn't seem to be happy to be working. Very few words and not even a thank you. I figure keep your personal issues separate from work and remember that you should be grateful to be working and while you're there, show that gratitude and be happy.“

“Ive been coming for an iced coffee almost every day this week before work. Today i was surprised by the employee Rosio. When i was waiting by the counter to get help with my online order, she was already walking out with my coffee. This location is usually very packed, so I understand working there can get tense and stressful. Which is why i admire her patience and good vibes. I usually had to wait for my coffee behind so many food orders. Rosio has been making my coffee these past couple of days. She already knows how i like my coffee. She is proactive and shows initiative. Very attentive and efficient. SHE MADE MY DAY!!!!! Funny how little things like this go a long way. I really appreciate Rosio looking out for me. Very friendly, very kind. I will definitely look forward to seeing Rosio on my next visit. Shes great! I loved this act of kindness. Thank You.“

I woke up the next morning.
The service is really nice and the food must have some drugs in it, otherwise why is it so addictive?
And it was funny how the poster came down hitting just the outer plate of a customer's meal while he stood still enjoying the show in slow motion. I was surprised he didn't jump while eating his McNuggets.

Kid-friendliness: I went with my wife and our five month old. They have electric connections at most of the tables, so we even hook our kettle to boil some water to feed our baby.“
