Just got back to the RGV and honestly all I wanted was a concha. I loved the shop the sitting aria is cozy and though the brand is not the cheapest like at HEB it’s %1000 times better (it’s not a rock lol ) it’s worth the extra cost. I ended up getting a Coffee as well.! This place is my new bakery.

It’s good, but very overpriced. I tasted the carrot cake individual slice and it was not good at all, it had no flavor and no sweetness whatsoever the cream cheese frosting needs to be sweet not salty. The chocolate donuts are delicious!

Paris Bakery, there are several. This one is on Trenton just off Main St. It's in the strip mall on the street that's the South entrance to Sam's. Walking in, the place feels spacious, maybe a little too spacious. There are self-serve cabinets filled with their sweet delights. Also, trays and tongs are aplenty. At first glance, it doesn't appear as much of a selection. Once you start going in, you find a good enough amount of options. I gotta have a cheese...
