Terrible slow dinner experience of 2 hrs. 12/1 My food was served cold and overcooked, we sent it back and we were told a new one would be packed, management was not available because we went to return the food, they promised they packed a new one and the next day over a call i made to complain they said that the waiter said that we told him it was ok to pack the overcooked steak that we sent back that was a lie, our issue was not resolved we were told management would call us...read full review
we spent a good amount to be asked to keep it down. ridiculous that we were laughing and having a good time, yet there were people wearing caps and shorts, but nothing was said or done. what a joke! the manager was of no help. we went to santa fe, way better experience
