It's not often I give a restaurant across-the-board a 5 star review, but Schneider's earned it with ease. The German-style food was freshly made, with essentially everything made from scratch. I told our server their cuisine was the best I've had outside of Germany, and I've been there a lot. They also have a wide selection of beers, including several German beers on tap. Food- Best German food outside of Munich. Pretzels are a must have! Can't go wrong with any of their schnitzel options and the burger hits the spot! A great selection of German beers as well.Service- When you have staff like Anja and Mike behind the bar, great service is never in doubt! Earlier someone gave it a low er rating due to the "slow service". For one it is not a fast food place, it's a place to chill and talk. Second the dishes are so worth the wait. Everything we ordered was superb; the German tacos, The Sandwich, The Burger. They might sound like your ordinary but they indeed are unique. Staff was kind and attentive, atmosphere was nice. 5 stars.
