Wanted to give bojangles another shot. Quite disappointing. Every time I have gone here the mess up the order long wait times and overcooked chicken. Overall disappointing. 15$ for 7 fires a dry chicken sandwich and a flat soda. Not worth it.
Slow service
I do a lot of traveling for business and between Plano, Celina the biscuits here in McKinney are the absolute best. The staff rocks. They're always happy and pleasant. Always a great experience.

Bojangles is a restaurant that has received mixed feedback. The biscuits in McKinney are described as the absolute best, and the staff is called happy and pleasant, providing an always great experience. After missing multiple deadlines before opening, everything has been great upon opening, including food and service. The food is great, with the boo-berry sausage biscuit and fries noted, where the biscuit was amazing, the sausage was ok, and the fries were very hot and tasty. Some workers acted like they didn't want to be there and were borderline rude. A drive-through experience was wonderful, with warm service that was patient, kind, and informative, keeping customers updated. The food was worth the wait, made fresh, hot, flavorful, and delicious. Online orders came really hot and still wonderful, with great seasoning and extra tenders. The food is outrageously good, with chicken strips and sandwich having a nice spice cooked into them. The service is lacking at almost every location, with slow order taking, slow food, and staff not overly friendly, but the food is worth it and you should try it.
