Stopped by Whataburger today and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean, and the team was friendly and attentive.
Amazing costumer service. I stopped by at 2 am on the way home, and ordered the new hot honey burger. May helped me, he was very diligent and nice, and even though there was traffic outside the store he got them to move so I can get on my way. That is how it looks like when someone goes above and beyond thank you May.
Food took about 30 minutes and everything was cold so I don't understand fry should have been hot
