food way overpriced, 15 dollars for a pretzel 8 dollars for a bottle of water.
I went to a showing with my family on Father’s Day. It was the worst experience ever. The showing was at 8:30pm. When we went into the theater, we got a server to take our order as we planned to have a dinner and movie. Everything we wanted to order they were out of. They said they have limited food as everything was out so we settled for whatever was there because we have not eaten. No wings, No dough,No Mac & cheese, No Pizza, No fries those were just some items they were...read full review

Moviehouse & Eatery by Cinépolis McKinney offers a unique movie-going experience that combines entertainment with dining. The venue features comfortable chairs and a lively atmosphere, making it a good spot for date nights or family outings. Many reviews highlight the friendly and knowledgeable staff, though some note that service can vary depending on the time and staff members. The food menu includes items like brisket quesadillas, macaroni bites, pizza, and fried pickles, which many find delicious. Drinks such as cocktails and tasty sodas are also available, adding to the overall experience.
However, the venue has some drawbacks. The food can be messy to eat, and some seats in the theater show wear and tear. Prices are considered high, with a soda costing $10 and popcorn also priced at $10. Meal deals are not offered, and individual items like water and popcorn carry additional tips, increasing costs. Some guests found the food quality inconsistent, with issues like freezer-burnt fried pickles and cold pizza. The cost for two tickets and food can quickly add up, making it less budget-friendly compared to other theaters like studio movie grill.
In summary, Moviehouse & Eatery provides a fun, comfortable environment with good food and drinks, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking value or high-quality food at a lower price.
