“I ordered via DoorDash and had a great experience. Pizza was cooked properly and toppings were plenty. I don’t see a problem with them charging extra for condiments, it’s frustrating that there are one star reviews because of this. I also ordered chicken wings, which I don’t recommend but, I’ll be back for the pizza!“

“I’m a loyal customer to this Papa John’s location. It is the closest to my home but I never had a negative experience. Last night I placed a big order online w/ a discount included. When I went to pick it up and pay at the counter for some reason my discount code wasnt accepted! I was so disappointed and struggled to realize what happened. Steven was the kind associate at the register. He went out of his way to honor my discount code which made me very happy and relieved. I remain a loyal customer . They have some real good folks who care for their customers at the Virginia Pkwy location. Thanks!“
