Poor Service , bad atmosphere . Waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged (only 2 people in front of me) to ask for order that I placed an hour earlier. It had been ready the entire time. I wanted hot pho on this cold day, and got room temp and shrimp that had been sitting out. Also witnessed discord among staff, which a customer should never have to experience.
Been going here for years usually once a month. The service is ok but the food has always been great (we always get the N2 Pho) except the last few times we have been, something is off. Pho is more oily and not as flavorful. I told the server about it tonight but she didn’t seem too interested. Sadly we will be taking a break for a while.
