“Truly amazing birthday evening thanks to our son and daughter-in-law! Our sweet server, Demetrius, was so attentive and friendly. Allison, the manager stopped by our table several times and we ran into her as we were leaving. She recommended a red wine for me to try. The meal was served piping hot and beyond delicious! I loved the Sea Bass! For dessert, we were treated to Chocolate Cake and Key Lime Pie! I can’t wait to go back!“

“We can't say enough great things about A Roma! After being in Italy over the holidays we got spoiled and have been in search of better Italian food and this place is it! We seriously had the best meal ever and their pizza was perfect! CC (Chandler) was our server and she was incredibly attentive (yet not hovering), knowledgeable, very pleasant and polite! “Staff was extremely friendly and professional. This was our first time coming here, and we will definitely be coming back! We started with the fried calamari that was perfectly cooked, and the sauce complimented it perfectly. We ordered 3 different bowls of ramen that did not disappoint at all. My wife had the veggie ramen, and our son had the kids ramen, which was surprisingly big, and I had the beef ramen. The beef fell right off of the bone and had amazing flavor. We ordered a California roll and a Monster roll that was packed full of flavor. This is our new favorite spot in Mckinney. I would and will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bowl of ramen or tasty sushi rolls!!! Thank you, Hokkaido, for an amazing meal! We will see you again soon.“

“First time trying! We walked in and lady who greeted us was about this business! She made sure to let us know what the most popular item was on menu, the shift leader explained what all was coming on the sub, gave us an option to customize. Very friendly and courteous to us. Told us about locations around town. We dined outside, but they do have seating inside. My husband loved his! (I got the same one #12, ;) I second his ❤️ The lettuce is finely shredded and really adds a great texture to the sub. Bread was fresh. Cookie was fresh and sitting in the sun outside made it that much better. Warm and gooey! Definitely try this place out!“

“Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉“

“I going 5 stars for now as this was our first visit. Really good burgers though a bit overdone, full bar, and good tap/ale selections. Not very crowded so we go to enjoy sitting at the bar having dinner and a drink or two. I am sure it is much busier during the weekends (we are residents of downtown) as well as when the Union Bear opens across the street (part of the 33 group that Cadillac and The Yard are part of). As it is self service, you have to order at the bar area so I see that getting a bit much if crowded...“

“Tonight there was a misunderstanding with another customers order and our wasn't made as a result.

We got there and the manager explained why our food wasn't ready and apologized, made it fresh, gave us two free drinks and some cookies.

Wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture. Good was good and the manager's genorocity was great.“

I think the pizza was a little extra toasty. Not burnt, but just a little more than normal and definitely more than I prefer.
