Typical Starbucks, but one of the better ones in my experience. The staff is friendly. However, the staff was much friendlier the first couple of years they were open 2020-2022. There was a manager chain and the friendliness decreased. It’s still much better than most Starbucks!
There is a lot of seating space at this Starbucks and several different types of seating. It also has good lighting. My two issues with this Starbucks are that the coffee machine is broken every other day, so I can't order coffee, and the staff doesn't bother to wipe down tables that often, so I have to go get wet tissues from the front entrance of Kroger and do it myself. The staff members, however, are friendly.
This Starbucks has some of the best employees. Sunshine served me today and has really made my day today. She definitely is at the top with customer service! Y'all keep her around she's a great asset to your company! ❤️
