Sonic is great, this location is not. Very very slow service, every time. And often wrong orders.
Drove through for a quick pick up. Doug introduced himself and was prompt attentive and polite. I appreciated his pro grade service! Well done.
My son and I ordered from this place as usual. Their monitor wasn't working (as usual). When the food was delivered I paid for it without looking at the receipt as I normally trusted this place to get my order right. But instinct told ke to check the receipt while waiting for the drink carrier. So, the food was not the same as I ordered. So I told the fine lady, Victoria, and she was apologetic.
