“This Wendy's experience was quick and easy. They got the order correct the 1st time. As well as the person at the window making sure that we had all The condiments that was needed for our exact order.
I think it's worth mentioning that although it is 🏃♂️ fast food, I'm grateful that they have Baked Potatoes 🥔 it is an overall healthier choice when you have a Cardiovascular Disease and you're sodium intake can make or break you.
Also I've been to this Wendy's multiple times and they are aware and attentive to my individual needs in regards to my individual order.“
“On Sunday 8/31, we came through the drive-thru and we had an excellent experience with our server. He made us laugh, he made us cry, he had a gorgeous beard and an even nicer smile. A moment we will remember forever. He also gave us a free frosty. - Bungus and Teepo“
“young girl at drive thru done good, very nice, give her a raise cause she aint playing with her hospitality. you don't see that a whole bunch in fast food, just people hustlin and hurry and always rushin me. but she take it slow and make sure I got my order right thank you. I got a speech impediment n issues so she had me pull up to the window. she offered me a cup of water but I don't order no drinks at fast food.“
“Not my usual location this is on Virginia Parkway in McKinney. Very nice manager good service, newer Wendy's I ordered a Jr Bacon cheeseburger and a medium ice tea, mobile order drive thru pickup. Please explain how my sandwich got screwed up, I ordered, add ketchup, extra onion extra pickle extra lettuce, which by the way I paid for. No onion, no extra anything, on it. And no ketchup. I did order extra bacon and they did manage to get that right. The tea was not fresh, I threw that out within a mile from leaving the location. People that don't drink tea on a regular might accept it and drink it, but they know they aren't suppose to sell day old, if you don't sell an entire container in a day, make 1/2 check it at noon make more if you have too. Nothing more aggravating then food not made the way you ordered and paid for it and tea that is no good. Lack of training and management. I will stick to my Wendys on 380 near Providence Village.“
“I hadn't really decided what I was going to eat, but I saw this Wendy's here in McKinney and thought, well, I'll go in here. Karen served me so kindly. Her warm smile made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Karen. Sending you a hug. Never change.“
