“I had an opportunity to go Kofochi Nigerian Restaurant all the way from ATL. Let me start by saying thar customer services and food were top notch. The decor was right on point and not to mention cleanliness of the place. I came with few of my friends, and we had Amala with abula, jollof rice and I had a fish. All the food was perfect. I will go back there when I make my way to Houston again.“

“Honestly, some of the best food i’ve tasted in houston. Had the Lamb chops, Suya, Jollof rice, and jerk chicken. Each item was very flavor and love the spices as it wasn’t overbearing but definitely the kick you need and looking for!!! A must visit !“

“We hosted our book club meeting here. It’s such a cute space. They had great little light bites during! Erica was our server and did a great job she was fast and efficient and friendly. They were all great hosts for our book club! Definitely need to check them out again.“

So far everything is great shopping here. I think the only issue I have is specifically how expensive the food is and specifically the snacks. The the egg rolls are $3 each, which is too expensive. Maybe there's a strategy there in terms of making it more expensive so as to make sure it doesn't run out quickly. Also another minor issue I have is how easy the checkout lines get filled up and aren't as quick. Apart from that I had a good experience shopping here.“

“I was in Houston for a wedding with my husband a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to find a Nigerian restaurant close to our hotel—Nativeport did not disappoint! From our very first order, the experience was nothing short of amazing, and it stayed that way for the four days we kept going back.

The owner was professional, dedicated, and most importantly, can seriously cook! I fell in love with food all over again. Everything we tried was authentic and delicious. I even ordered extra food to take back home to California, and she kindly froze everything to make sure it would travel well on my flight.

P.S. My last meal before flying out? Fried rice, plantain, and peppered goat meat—perfection!“

“So i tried this place today. I am a sucker for a good customer service no matter who walk through your door(money is money). When I walked in the hostess was kinda cold so my first thought was another Nigeria place with attitude but I was determined to try it anyways, when the cook came out(I think she might be the owner) her attitude and presence was warm and friendly so needless to say I will be going back. As for the food.....Taste= 4/5 Portion= 5/5 cleanliness= 5/5 Customer service = 3/5“

The food tastes great and everything is so fresh. The house salad is AMAZING! I could order that by itself with the teff and be satisfied. The coffee (buna) is amazing as well. They give you your own mini Jebena to enjoy your coffee from that holds 4 cups of coffee. The coffee tastes robust and strong - just the way I like it. I ordered the misir wot. They don't know what they want and People are waiting in tables and in lines and people on the front not considerate arguing and complaining . Some customers don't want to talk to the waiters.
