“Really nice lady made me a custom Pizzoli with mushroom and jalapeno. It was great, I would just say to please cook it longer at lower heat, the dough was a bit raw inside. Nonetheless I don’t want to hurt your reputation with a bad review, just some feedback! It tasted great“

“Great customer service tonight. Picked up a carry out order and when we got home, the thin crust was missing several of its toppings. Called them up, explained the situation and he offered to remake it or just add a credit. Mistakes happen in every aspect of life, it’s how those mistakes are handled that define a business. Appreciate you guys owning up to it and taking care of it. We’ll definitely continue ordering from here. Cheers“

“Best Wings in Town? Nah, try the best in North Texas hands down. My husband and I are frequently here and I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The service is outstanding, the food is delicious, the owners are so kind and personable. These are the kind of people that recognize you when you walk up, ask how your family is and actually TRULY care. We would happily drive an hour plus to get this kind of food and service. You can really tell they are out here to make the world a better place one wing at a time! They will have lifetime customers as far as we are concerned! She greeted me warmly with a genuine smile and carried herself with professionalism and kindness throughout my meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, made sure everything was just right, and handled every request with patience and grace. Her positive attitude and polite demeanor really stood out and elevated the dining experience.

The manager is also in there to attend which is rare now days in many places but he is working just as hard as anyone else in there

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. “This place has the best wings with so many choices! i was truly suprised to be met with the manager, David, in such a warm, welcoming way. He made sure that we were all taken care of and came often to our table to check on us. Anything we needed, he got it for us. We even got a complimentary cheese cake that was so delicious! I am going back and give this place my business. i want to try all their different flavors! The portions were so generous, and even the French fries were absolutely the best!!“
