The restaurant was not clean. When we seated, we had to tell the attendant to clean the seat. I watched several people ask for their seats to be cleaned. There was food on the floor. We're stopped here for a quick dinner while on a road trip, traveling through the Eastern suburbs of Dallas. It was a good IHOP. The waiter was quick, friendly and accommodating. The did was good and the place was fairly quiet.
