I believe that people these days tend to overlook important details. I wouldn't have to leave a review if my issue had been resolved correctly the first and second time. Can you please arrange for the store manager to contact me? I don't want to speak with a shift manager, but the manager in charge of the store. It's unacceptable that my order, for which I paid $10, was incorrect twice. Then the Sonic “shift manager” told me he couldn't issue me a refund for a Sonic app order...read full review

I went through the drive-thru on Sunday afternoon, 1/28/24. The lady taking my order was so rude and had a very bad attitude. I just drove off because I didn’t want to take a chance on them making my food. I refuse to give my hard-earned money to poor customer service. I will not order from here anymore. I wish I would’ve been able to get her name so I could call corporate!

Do not get the breakfast from this location. What they serve as a burrito is so empty it wouldn’t even pass as a quesadilla. Ordered the ultimate meat lovers as well as a regular bacon egg and cheese burrito. We also had missing items from the order we had to ask and wait for.
