Yikes! This place is full of issues that point to poor management all the way around. Went for the one and only time we’ll ever go. Not a clean place, and there’s nothing special about the weekend special boil at all. When we told them the lobster wouldn’t even separate from the tail, the manager said it’s because “it’s not fresh”. N offer to make it right. Can’t make this stuff up. They put cheddar cheese and tomatoes on a so-called Ceasar salad.
The salad dressing tasted and smelled old.
Fried pickles tasted like old fish grease and we never got refills on our beverages.
I refused to eat the salad or pay for it.
Old Asian man met me at the register to "confront" me about this salad and my decision not to pay for it!! The customer service is lousy! People in our group got sick from the food!

After all the times our children have been there, they have never been treated so poorly. They were seated at a table near the back of the restaurant. The kids waited patiently for an extended period of time. When the server finally arrived to take their order, they were informed that payment was required before the food could be provided..
