Usually great but they always get my order wrong somehow. The first time I was handed someone else's pizza and we didn't realize until the guy was gone. The second time I was handed a mislabeled pizza (correct label, wrong pizza).
At this point, I'd rather go to Dominos from now on. At least they won't screw up my order.

I ordered a large pizza that was the special for $8.99. I had to put the pizza in my oven to finish cooking it. It was "doughy" in the middle and cold when it got here. I live 2 miles from this Papa Johns, should have gone and picked it up. The best part of this order was the Door Dasher who was very courteous and pleasant. Next time I'll go get a pizza at the store if I have to bake it myself. $20 wasted.

Everything was ready to go when I arrived at 10:30. The guy with brown hair and pony tail was friendly when I picked up the pizza. All three pizzas were hot and looked good to go. No complaints from me.
