I’ve been calling the 1-888 number listed on window for customer service and number just rings. I was highly pissed with manager on June 25 around 5:39 pm till 5:45 pm , me and my daughter stopes to get some wings as she love the sweet and spicy wings and we waited in line a little outside in the Main Street she was like it’s busy we can come back but as my only day off and promise her the wings I waited to get to the speakers no one answer we even went over the menu a couple times for me and her to be ready to order never got a response I said well that make sense speaker don’t work that why the wait is long to get to the window and the young lady was nice as I told her I didn’t get to order at speaker no one never came on and she went to get manager as he told me I had to go back around and get in line I told him noo I just waited 30 min to order and he stood firm on me going back around to order he closed the window on me and I sat their calling the number as he watched from the counter refusing to take my order all cause no one answered me in drive up speaker.

Corporate needs to visit this location to figure out how to fix the long wait times at this restaurant. Every time I place an order, it takes an hour or more for it to be ready. I’m NOT exaggerating. I understand that fried chicken takes longer to prepare, but waiting an hour for your food is crazy. Doesn’t matter what restaurant it is, that wait time is unacceptable.

this location is giving popeyes a bad name! firstly we ordered online because this location is notorious for taking an hour to get any order out. waited 30 minutes after we ordered online to go up there, went inside and they hadn’t even looked at our order yet! lol. to top it off, they were out of the mac & cheese i ordered and also we were told we had to wait an additional 30min for our spicy tenders we ordered! gave us a small drink instead of large and the mango tea was literally slimy so i couldn’t even drink it. i’ll never go to this location again. come on y'all! do better! it’s like they don’t even care about their service. these reviews show it.

Food is good as always. The service at this location is horrible. All the employees are hispanic and that perfectly ok. Except 1 problem. They dont speak or understand english very well. We get lunch there once a week and 85% of the time its wrong and missing items. The wait is understandable because its chicken 🐔 but standing in line for 23 minutes on this visit waiting to order at the counter. The employees wont even look at the counter. I can honestly say I WILL NEVER RETURN to this Popeyes . Sorry not sorry. And after spending $50 they only gave me 1 ranch tried to charge me for more. ADIOS.
