“Saw this on tiktok and finally took myself on a solo date last night. I ordered the chicken soup (10/10), 2 spinach/cheese pupusas (10/10), 2 bean/cheese pupusas (10/10), and sides of rice, beans, flour tortillas, and a slaw. Jose warned me that the homemade sauce in the little white ramekin was hot and PHEW it sure had a kick to it lol but so good. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but it was worth it and took home my leftover soup. I was in a food coma afterwards and slept so good last night. Also, the FIFA game was on and USA won! LOVED this place & it was exactly what I was craving. Thank you Jose and Maria!!!!“

“We were passing through and decided to stop for pupusas. The lady attending was incredibly nice and offered to put any meat in our pastelitos (empanada) and same thing with the pupusas. The pupusas were full of protein and cheese, super unctuous! Perfectly seasoned, super tasty!! We got some plantains to go, we excited to try them! Price was fantastic!
Moreover, the attention was 10/10! Definitely recommend trying this place out!“

“Pupusas MamaTita are one of the best Pupusas I’ve ever had. Their “revueltas pupusas” are a must have! Their carne asada (steak) and mojarra (fish) are also as good as any other place. Very home made cooking as if your grandma cooking. Overall they have a great menu, and live up to the expectation of great Salvadorian 🇸🇻food and amazing pupusas!“

“Cute affordable place to eat. The pupusas are on of the best I’ve tried in Dallas. I drive here from Carrollton just for their pupusas. They are always fresh made with enough filling and not just masa. Salsa and curtido are so good I’ve never had anything better. I definitely recommend !“

“Got into their parking lot by mistake! Was about lunch time so when I saw the place decided to try it out, it was two week ago and since then me and some of my workers have been taking lunch there every day, food is great and very friendly people. Totally recommend this place.“

“A lovely little pupuseria. I finally had the chance to stop in for their tamales salvadorenos. Steamed in banana leaves, these are soft and contain both chicken and steamed potatoes. The texture will remind a gringo like me of a chicken pot pie. (The filling, to judge by tge staff pointing it out to me, has been an issue with customers expecting the beef tamales Mexicano served by other places. El Salvador tamales normally use chicken.) Served to the table with bottles of salsa Roja and salsa verde, both delicious. Free tortilla chips and salsa picante are provided, of course.A small but important side note: If you're as white as I am, you'll want to rely on the printed menu. Not all of the staff speak good English as yet, though they try.“

“I ordered a couple of meals to go including a selection of pupusas and the tilapia plate with tomato sauce. The pupusas were delicious, full of cheese and pork. However I didn’t care for the tilapia, which was bland and served with a typical vegetable mix.“
