Stopped coming here due to slow and bad service but I was back in the area and stopped due to convenience. I stopped here today after one of my longest, toughest days, and I think it was fate that I ran into Estie. He is the epitome of customer service, etiquette, kindness, caring, and compassion. I stumbled hard on my order and had to redo it a few times, but he was so patient with me and walked me through my customizations. There is a location closer to my house, but I will drive farther to this one simply because they make my hot coffee, hot, and they actually heat up my baked items. It’s very rare that they aren’t consistent. But service is always good and I feel like the wait is always fair. They make my drink right, it actually tastes like coffee. Can’t say the same for the other location…
