The Manger working the drive thru in daytime with the accent. Charge me for a large combo when I didn't ask for a large. They never give you a receipt. My fires were cold. Burger was pre-made already. Same manger ask if I wanted cheese and onion on my chili I said no but she charge me for it and put cheese and onion in the chili. She makes me feel like she all about the money. Not about quality of service and customer experience.

I miss the old Wendy's when they had the sun room.
