Cool shopping center!! Lots of excellent restaurants and activities!!!
Dillon was our server at Cowboy Prime today and he was fantastic. Thank you Dillon. The steak was delicious. All the staff were amazing. The atmosphere can never disappoint. We will be back tomorrow ♥️
Great place
Food was excellent and staff was very friendly.
From the time of walking through the doors the service provided by the employees were superb. Our server Drena was amazing and attentive despite having multiple tables.
We had a wonderful dinner. Food was delicious. Our waitress was great. It was quite noisy but overall, very nice.
I love this location & food. The service this time was not great. I had to take my brick chicken home to cook it longer. I specifically asked for it to be well done & there was never a follow up. Going forward, I will continue getting the pizza which is always perfect.
Got in immediately. There was a slight wait for service initially, but once our waitress arrived all went well. We started with the skillet cornbread, which wasn't on the menu but we had it before and we asked if it was available. Very moist and sweet without any spreads. My wife had the ham & cheese omelette while I had an off-menu item, the filet Benedict. Everything was tasty and plentiful, although my wife ordered a side of bacon that was overdone. The noise level has been high whenever we have gone, but seemed less so today.
It's been a few years since I've been to the Cork and Pig. Definitely different this time. I'll blame COVID. Just not as good but still a very good meal.
My wife and I decided to try brunch dishes today. We started with the cornbread, served in a skillet, and it was amazing. It was sweet and more moist than any cornbread I have had. It was served warm and without butter or other spreads, which I thought was a mistake, but I was wrong. My wife ordered the filet hash, which is served in a small skillet with an over-easy egg on top, but she's not an egg fan so the server offered to bring it on a separate plate for me. My wife enjoyed the steak and potatoes and cheese. I tried the huevos rancheros. A fried tortilla was loaded with chorizo, avocado, salsa, and fried eggs. The chorizo had some heat, and the overall dish was great. I also had a side of blueberry sausage that were very tasty. Our server, Andy, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only issue is built is the restaurant is loud. It's hard to carry on a conversation because the acoustics are very bright, which detracts from the ambiance.

Cork and Pig never disappoints! The food and the service are always great. One of the best restaurants in town and especially nice for special occasions.
Ally Apartments this Karen needs to be evicted NOW. She is wrong for this. This looks really bad.
Today we enjoyed a nice date out at Ally Village. Hit some balls at the batting cages at Rocket Athletic Club and then some appetizers, drinks and the best Tres Leches cake at Cork & Pig. Ally Village is a unique spot in Midland!
