Chicken Salad Chick

So came in first off the cashier lady seemed really uninterested and stood there quietly starinf at us to order, I Ordered cranberry keli sandwhich and was disappointed when all i got was bread and chicken salad, as the picture and only picture shows the sandwhich along with other items having lettuce and tomatoes, as a sandwhich would, but i asked if it came with it and they said you have to ask for the veggies despite the only picture showing on the menu shows the sandwhich WITH lettuce and tomatoes with no description of what comes on it, id say change the way the menu pictures look if you have to ASK for it to come on the sandwhich, the bacon cheddar melt was good since it was cooked and had cheese, the soup and mac and cheese were good, I give 4 for cleanliness, most of everything was good, the sweet tea was good and came with little sugar cookies, everything was good just done see the point of the menu showing it this way when it doesnt come the way it shows, or at least ask if we wanted veggies or anything on it.

Price for the portion of salad is ridiculous, flavor was mid, twas a light snack so ig come here if you don’t want anything heavy
Soup was meh. Needed salt.
Mac was meh.
This place is meh.
But sometimes meh is good, sometimes I just wanna eat something to satisfy the hunger and this did that, yea… she did that. Thank you chick, liked not loved; sadly, your salad.

Highly recommend this place easily to get in a grab something to go that is relatively healthy. I was in a hurry to grab something to eat on our 30-minute lunch break during Special Olympics Swim meet. I would definitely go back.

I have always loved the grape salad at Chicken Salad Chick but today I picked up a large one to take home. The dressing was very skimpy and a lot of the green grapes were just mushy. I couldn't eat them. Very disappointing - especially for the price.

(Original review 10 months ago (Nov 2024) - updating it to downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars) We've eaten here a couple of times since it recently opened. Outstanding food and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything we've ordered has been amazing. Absolutely delicious! (Update Aug 2025): we've ordered online several times (4 or 5), and EVERY SINGLE TIME, our order is either wrong, or missing items. We haven't been back in a few months, but when we were there, it was primarily high school kids working the register. Completely oblivious and carefree. No thank you, sorry we missed your chicken order, nada. It's unfortunate that they mess up so much, because the food (when you get it) is actually delicious. Hopefully they've improved recently.

We visited with our 2 sons (11 and 5) and we had a lovely lunch! Healthier options are so nice to have instead of the usual fast food spots. The atmosphere and service are TOP NOTCH!

This place is horrible, they are not organized at all when your picking up an order. You've got people waiting yo to 1hr for an order just crazy
