While the restrooms could be improved, Cowboy Prime remains a top choice for those seeking great food and exceptional service. It's always busy so service can take a bit. With the crowd, it's a little noisy. Really top notch! Everything from the drink of water that comes ice free but ice cold; very nice! All the way to the food and service, just great. Super expensive!! Not really worth the price tags but it’s the best you are going to get in Midland. Make sure you’re on an expense account!
