Hey ya’ll!! We have our very own Triple D (that’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) experience right here in Midland!! The food here is 100% deee-lish!! I had the Trinity which starts with a bed of out of this world Mac n Cheese, topped with the best chipped and chopped brisket I’ve had in a while. On top of that, a layer of chopped smoked sausage and a side of sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. And a bowl of complimentary charro beans and a heaping stack of pickled jalapeños….im...
I have eaten at a lot of bbq restaurants and hands down this was the best I have had in a long time. The brisket was tinder and not to lean and not to fatty vary generous on the amount of meat On the sandwich would recommend 10 out of 10
