What an amazing experience. Bring the whole family for dinner. I enjoyed the brisket very much. I couldn't stop eating til it was all gone. Make sure you save room for the peach vodka cheesecake!

SBK BBQ at Rooster’s Backyard offers a variety of food including brisket, ribs, turkey, chicharrones and queso, brisket egg rolls, fried zucchini, and smash burgers. The chicharrones and queso is a healthy portion with no hard bits and a tastey seasoning. The brisket egg rolls are a great size with a lot of brisket inside. The smash burger is a healthy double patty burger with fresh vegetables and a wonderfully paired bun. The brisket, ribs, and turkey have a great smokey flavor and are perfectly moist. Wednesday night is steak night, and the steak is described as the best damn steak ever, requiring no steak sauce. The smashburger and fries are also highly enjoyed. Note that BBQ may not be available every night, as it follows a schedule.
