This was our first time here and it is always nice to find such a great local place to eat here in Midlothian! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been here a few times now. The service is always pretty good. I like the atmosphere. Their decor is nice, I like their light fixtures, and the bar/sushi prep station looks nice. The chips that they give upon seating is really cool, never seen another sushi place do that. Their miso soup is the most Mid soup I’ve ever had, I don’t understand the reviews that praise the miso soup, it’s not good. The sushi however is quite good. Most often when coming here my girlfriend and I will get a special roll each, and sometimes a regular roll to split, usually that’s plenty of food for the both of us without breaking the bank. Of the special rolls some of our favorites are the Texas roll, dynamite roll, and dancing eel roll. All of which are tasty, filling, and presented well.

Excellent food, menu and choices.
Service-hostess wearing sweat pants, unacceptable. Waiter untrained or just didn’t care.
Restaurant was clean and welcoming.
I will go back.

The chicken in my chicken teriyaki was so over cooked and dry it was ridiculous - I could barely pick it up with my fork it was so tuff. The shrimp in my teriyaki was also way too over cooked!!! The vegetables (for some reason) had no taste - the onions didn't taste like onions, the zucchini didn't taste like zucchini- the food was just very bland and over priced and over cooked!!! The thai wings were over loaded with minced garlic so that's all I tasted plus the wings were abnormally large as if they were injected with steroids or something and the skin on the wings was rubbery. For the price and quality of food this place is not worth it.
