BROTHERS TEX-MEX is one of the better places in Midlothian, serving sit-down restaurant quality food at an affordable price. The burgers and fries are seasoned well, with patties that have a good crust and a bun that isn’t soggy. The trompo tacos are solid, especially with the green salsa, and the bacon steakburger is delicious. The breakfast combo and tacos are also amazing. Though attached to a gas station, the food is legit and cheaper than McDonald's. The service is great, with the nicest staff who warmly greet customers and get food out quickly. It is the best place for taco Tuesday, with food so good that kids enjoy it too.
