I’m a regular customer at Mi Casa in Waxahachie, and the one thing that stands out above almost any other restaurant is their attention to service.
You will NEVER have an empty glass for more than about 20 seconds. Chips and salsa running low? Boom—they’re already bringing more. These guys are on top of it. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they don’t linger around your table. If anything, they might be too fast!

Mi Casa Mexican Cuisine is a great place with excellent food and service. The atmosphere is cute and very clean. The staff is polite, attentive, and well-trained to manage food allergies. They have gluten free options cooked in a separate part of the kitchen. Customers enjoy the chips and salsa, Hawaiian fajitas, and chicken tortilla soup. The service is fantastic, and the staff goes above and beyond. Mi Casa Mexican Cuisine is highly recommended and extremely family friendly. Customers will definitely visit again, making it the go-to place. The food is well seasoned, and everything comes out hot. Overall, Mi Casa Mexican Cuisine is the best place to eat, with incredible tasting food made fresh.
