The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, set in a parlor room of the historic building. The cocktails are creative, and the wine list is adequate. The food is farm to plate, which adds freshness to the menu.
Brunch options are plentiful. The Mama's Biscuits with Butter and Jam were amazing! The potatoes are perfectly prepared with a crispy exterior and soft interior.
The marrow bones appetizer is a must-try, featuring two halves of a shank bone roasted to perfection. The osso buco is nicely done. On the other hand, the pork chop in peach bourbon sauce was a disappointment. Ordered rare, it arrived overcooked. Despite this setback, The Porch Pour remains a favorite for date nights and special celebrations, delivering exceptional service and a charming atmosphere that invites guests to return. The food is delicious and amazing.
