Amazing Service by “Lorene” at Jack in the Box Mineral Wells. I just had a refreshingly awesome experience at the Mineral Wells Jack in the Box. Came through the drive thru at about 11 am and was greeted by Lorene and what an energy she is. She greeted me with what felt like genuine enthusiasm that made me smile. She shared her recommendations in a helpful way.

it's all good come try it help us make it right
We had a large drive thru order and had to pull forward and wait quite a while for our order. We went inside to check status and the lady taking orders couldnt give any form of update after 20 minutes of our order being placed. Once we received our order, we had a couple items needing corrected and we went back in to have these fixed.
