Not as good as the pre-owned store. Should be Texas owned and operated.

Whataburger in Mineral Wells is known for being the only late-night option in town. The restaurant can be hit or miss with accuracy in orders, often resulting in pickles on burgers despite requests. Prices have increased, making it less affordable compared to other options. On the upside, the Graham location offers great customer service, clean facilities, and tasty food, making it a recommended stop for some visitors. The atmosphere is lively, with customers enjoying the drive-thru experience, sometimes even seeing cowboys trotting through. The drive-thru can be slow at times, and customers have reported receiving incomplete orders, though they are usually corrected. Some customers have noted the lack of napkins and that the onion rings are not served hot, and prefer crispy fries, but still find the food delicious. Accessibility is available for wheelchair users. Recently, the customer service has been praised, especially by a young employee who was very professional and helpful, making the visit more enjoyable.
