“Amazing Service by “Lorene” at Jack in the Box Mineral Wells. I just had a refreshingly awesome experience at the Mineral Wells Jack in the Box. Came through the drive thru at about 11 am and was greeted by Lorene and what an energy she is. She greeted me with what felt like genuine enthusiasm that made me smile. She shared her recommendations in a helpful way. My order came out hot, fresh, and exactly as requested and it was quick. I could seriously feel her pride in her work. There was another employee there working along side her (although I didn’t catch her name) that was just as awesome. I was just talking to my son about Loren and he said that she’s always that nice. Shout out to Lorene (and crew) for making my fast food experience feel a bit more personal and making my day a little brighter. Highly recommend stopping by—you’ll leave feeling appreciated 💛“
