The staff at the window were sweet and handled a minor order mix-up smoothly! What ruined the experience was watching someone who looked like a lead/manager making negative faces and pointing at two drive-thru workers. If things are getting backed up, leaders should support their team on the line, not make them feel uncomfortable in front of customers. The window staff deserve a lot of credit for staying polite under that kind of unnecessary pressure.
Busy, but great service
Service was very friendly! I recommend getting down to place your order is definitely faster than being in line on the drive thru.
