“The fideo soup does not taste how it used to. It has too much chicken in it now and taste very sour like Old chicken or too much onion ??‍♀️. I think the soup sometimes is from the day before because it forms a jello consistency. I hope it gets better because its my favorite salad place when I visit the valley.“

“Got the felafel with extra sauce, on a pita. Really good. Idk if it's worth the price point though. The pita plus chips and a drink came out to about 19 bucks. Most of the meals at the other food places at the mall cost about 10-12 for a combo of some sort. Staff was nice, food was good but not sure it's really worth almost 20 bucks for a combo. Place usually doesn't have a line which I guess should have been and indicator to me.“

“This was my first time dining in and the place is really clean, the restrooms are clean as well. They have your order ready in under a minute. Apart from having fast service, they have great customer service! I think the best part about this place is the awesome customer service, and that’s saying a lot because the food is good. As we were leaving, Michaela, the kind lady that took our order offered us some free fro-yo samples! Michaela gave us a 10 out of 10 dinning experience, the best i’ve had in a long time actually. “I always enjoy what my order at McAllister's deli. I love their Spicy Southwest Sandwich. The jalapeno bread brings the textures all together. If you see the picture they are being very generous with the avocado and that's my favorite part because it makes me feel like I'm getting all the ingredients equally. I like to dip it in the chili lime vinaigrette, which is a very very spot on tasty chili lime dressing. My husband likes their French dip and it's pretty darn good. We tried their club too and it was a win.“

If you order these "Sweet Drinks" be prepared to drink it watered down, damn near no flavor and should just order water smh. “The service and attention to detail at this location are unlike anything I've seen in a fast food restaurant before. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure that even a quick lunch order feels like an expensive meal experience. For a moment, I truly felt like I was dining in a high-end restaurant.

The manager stopped by to check on us, offered to bring napkins, refilled our drinks, and provided additional condiments several times. They even offered to help us pick up our order. The food was on point, as usual for this chain, but the customer service was exceptional.

For the longest time, I believed that fast food corporations didn't care about customer service anymore, but you all have restored my faith in it.
