Always a great experience and staff is unbelievable!
Poor service and lack of communication with people who place pick up orders. Extremely long wait times at the window, even when no one else is there. Today was my worse visit there ever. As I witnessed people being told they didn’t have any of the pick up orders ready, though customers placed ahead of time. They were out of items people ordered and did not communicate anything with them, but instead skipped preparing that pick up order.

This was my first ever visit to PJ’s coffee. I ordered a hot coffee with some whipped cream, caramel and vanilla syrup. It was made very delicious and I got to try my first beignet… IT WAS DELICIOUS 🤤. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks PJ’s for making a new neighbor feel welcomed 😁
