“Traveled west on interstate 20 about 15 years ago. Decided we needed to find good Texas bbq. Exited at Monaghan’s Texas and found pappys. Bought the brisket and we knew we found the best brisket in west Texas. Great memories. Thank you Cindy Roberts“

“Working in the area this past year, and this was my buffet fix each week. Excellent food; excellent service; buffet area very clean and always kept with fresh replacement pans; always hot. The staff is just as fresh and nice as the buffet; The building is an older style building and could use some updates, but the trade off is well worth it (If youve ever ate crawfish from my state of Louisiana and how we just chunk them out anywhere with newspaper down, then the older building issue fades pretty quick!). Highly recommend this little place if your passing thur or working the oil and gas in West Texas.

“A mexican restaurant. The food and service was above average. After ordering it took about 20 minutes for us to get our meals but well worth it - the food was fresh and well prepared. The staff made us feel right at home.Some of the best salsa I've ever had.“
