“Was told the food trucks were "hit & miss" at B52 Brewery, but took a swing and definitely a hit today (Sunday, New Year's Day 2023) with Tropicalio Bistro. The steak bomb had no tough or chewy or sinewy pieces. I thought it was going to be hard crust but it is warm and soft. This has a kolache beat by light years.“
