“I always love this place until just this last week got donuts for a work party and the cake Donuts had mold in them just called to let the owner know not asking for anything in return just thought he ought to know because this is the second time and he proceeded just to say just go to the doctor and call your lawyer and tell them to call my insurance company he did not care at all that I was just letting him know even when I said all I'm doing is calling just so you know he still repeated the same thing hollering at me“

“Was looking for some breakfast and pulled into Troy’s Donuts…sometimes you just get really lucky. The young lady at the counter (sorry I did not ger her name) took excellent care of me and I selected a sausage, egg, cheese, and potato breakfast burrito and a couple of donuts. The breakfast burrito is one of the best I’ve had…stuffed full of all the goodness and cooked perfectly. Added a touch of their hot sauce and it really kicked it over the top. Loved the donuts…the cinnamon was soft inside with a slightly crunchy crust and the old fashioned glaze did not last long. Great food and wonderful service…if I lived here they would be a regular stop for me.“

“Small donut spot, employees have always been really friendly to me. The food is great! Especially the ham and cheese kolaches. For their filled donuts, they don’t actually put the filling in until you order it so it isn’t getting soggy all morning. Service has always been quick as well. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the place more than 5 minutes.
Kid-friendliness: They have a small table with children’s books so the kids may read and play while waiting.“

“FedEx Guy here, the Kolaches are a must when you visit here! I got the spicy jalapeño cheese kolache, they are so delicious and soft and u like anything I’ve had before, I highly recommend, the customer service is top notch as always and the blue sprinkled donut I had well I enjoyed plenty as well!“
“This is in fact a real Shipley’s. I was skeptical. I moved to the area recently and it seemed like this was a ghost store or just a historical location. Several times I have gone by to see they are not open.
Today at 9am I was pleased to find that they are actually open. It is only 6am-12 noon they are open.
There was only one lady in there that I could see, she was not very patient nor very friendly. Very cold and mechanical. I asked her about why the store is sometimes closed and she said we are never closed, always open. (Except for hurricane)
I personally tried to come at least 3 times and it was closed before the hurricane, so I don’t trust her response.
Anyway, this is my honest experience of this specific location and I hope it stays “always open” like she said for those of you who love the Shipley’s donut brand.
Parking: There is a limited amount of parking this location is mostly for drive through. The parking lot pavement is in poor condition.“
“Omg if you like sour cream donuts this is the place to be, they make their own chocolate in house. I have always hated chocolate on donuts till I came here. I come here almost every morning, they have amazing coffee and a lot of bottled energy drinks. My kids are in love with there croissants, and my hubby can eat a dozen kolaches by himself. Absolutely one of my favorite places in Willis“

“Best damn donuts in Montgomery and Harris County. AMAZING Apple Fritters that are soft, crispy, and sweet, and they are one of the few donut shops that can make a proper, Bavarian cream-filled donut. Owners have character and consistently deliver on their donuts!!“
