I came in the morning the other day to get some pretzel bites, and I saw these two workers making the twisted pretzels with a little kid in the kitchen. I’m not sure if it is sanitary because the kid didn’t wash his hands and went straight to rolling pretzels. I left soon afterwards…
Six customers in line. Four employees socializing in back of house. One employee serving ice cream. The summer high schoolers may have been a hot mess but at least they worked for a living.

Been meaning to post a review for a while for great American cookie but for some reason I keep forgetting, they made this perfect tasting and immaculately decorated cookie cake for our sons birthday back in November with only one day notice, everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful and everything about this cookie cake exceeded our expectations 10/10
